Overview

ZKTime Small Business is an user-friendly software application that monitors the time and attendance of your employees. This software allows you to calculate your employees' worked hours by selected periods.ZKTime Small Business also monitors access control. With this application you can define different access hours and days per employee. All the information generated can be printed but also exported to Excel, Word, PDF and other formats, allow us define the different types of reports desired.

Data and access
Work with MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle.It allows multicompany and multiuser.
Data
It allows photo and multiple verication modes (PIN, RFID, Fingerprint). It includes private calendar and personal profile. They can see their data online.
Workdays
Accepts day and night shifts, flexible workdays as well.
Calendar
Public and custom. Allows days with workdays or events(holidays, sickness leave, etc...).
Events
Enables to define up to 100 events (healthcare, personal business, smoke time...)
Punches
Easy to collect, manage and process your employee time, with or without event.
Reports
Shows and prints comprehensive reports: attendance reports, activity time reports, total activity time reports between periods, access logs...
Reports
It is possible to customize reports. Export to Excel, Word, PDF, HTML and ASCII text.
Terminals
Copy, restore and import data of the user stored on the terminals. Imports checks from USB.
